Brighton Place an Albany Mixed Use Development Comming Summer 2007

April 01, 2007 – Brighton place is a quality live/work development scheduled to start construction in the summer of 2007. The development features 42 row houses set on the edge of one of Albany's growing retail/office areas. The homes are designed in the tradition of the brownstone, with porches raised above the street. The unique development affords the home owner the ability to be within walking distance of shopping, medical, library, theater and a wide variety of services.

May 1, 2007 update
Site plans have been prepared for submission to the city of Albany for review. We are still on schedule to begin work this year.

April 1, 2008 update:
Site plan approval are awaiting approval. Building plans are completed. See renderings.

May 07, 2006 – We have completed design a new townhomes as part of the Iron Works Development on the Albany Riverfront. Positioned to view towards the river and Water Street. Construction is expected to begin summer of 2006.
