October 28, 2009 – The structural steel is completed. Brick veneer and precast concrete are installed and windows will be installed soon.
Garden Apartments Completed!
October 28, 2009 – Fisterra Garden Apartments have now been completed in Yachats, Oregon. The project features 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for low income clients, with on site laundry, community room, and children's play area.
Phoenix Grand at Bridgeport
October 28, 2009 – We have designed a new class 'A' Hotel for Phoenix Grand located in the Tualatin Bridgeport Commercial District. The hotel features Stucco and stone cladding. Over 100 guest suites are available in the hotel. The project features a three story parking garage which we designed to compliment the hotel.
The hotel has been open since September 1st and has received high praise from all those who have seen the finished project.
New Holdiay Inn & Suites
August 20, 2009 – DJ Architecture has received preliminary approval from the city of Tacoma to build a new eight story hotel in downtown Tacoma Washington
Bridgeport Parking Structure
June 17, 2009 – This three story parking structure is located in Tualatin Oregon at the Bridgeport shops. It has parking for over 200 vehicles. We designed the garage to compliment the Phoenix Grand Hotel next door. We also designed the hotel which can be seen on our website as well.
